The 14th annual convention of Masada opened here today with more than 500 delegates in attendance. Among the speakers scheduled to report to the parley on the present situation in Israel are Israeli envoy to the U.S. Eliahu Epstein and Arthur Lourie, consul-general in New York. Sunday evening the convention will mark the first anniversary of the U.N. General Assembly Palestine partition resolution on the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine.
