Max M. Fisher, of Detroit, general chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, was lauded here today by Louis Pincus, chairman of the Jewish Agency, as “a dynamic personality who has successfully permeated the UJA with new spirit.”
Mr. Pincus, who attended the recent national conference of the UJA, in New York, made that statement to the weekly meeting of the Agency, where he reported on his participation in that UJA conference.
