A boycott by the Jewish residents of Jerusalem against the electricity to be furnished by the Jerusalem Electric Corporation now engaged in the electrification of the city may be employed if the corporation does not change its attitude toward the employment of Jews. This feeling was expressed in Jewish circles here following upon the action of the Vaad Ha’ir protesting against the corporation for not engaging Jewish labor in the project.

The Vaad Ha’ir despatched a cablegram to the head office of the electric corporation in London urging that Jewish labor be employed.
