United Nations sources said today that the formal submission of the Palestine issue by British might take place tomorrow, if the assent of France, the Soviet Union and China to a special session of the U.N. Assembly has been obtained by then. The British decided on Saturday to consult the other members of the Big Five, after U.S. approval had been secured.
