In a statement made public yesterday, Mayor LaGuardia calls upon the people of New York City to attend the Jewish National Fund’s June Night Frolic Wednesday evening at the Yankee Stadium. Calling attention to the plight of persecuted minorities, the Mayor said he heartily endorses the Fund’s plan to raise money for their relief and for the program of land redemption in Palestine.
