Mayor Frank L. Rizzo has proclaimed July 21-22 Anatoly Sharansky Freedom Day to protest the imprisonment of the Soviet Jewish activist. The day will coincide with a 24-hour Sharansky Freedom Fast-Vigil sponsored by the Soviet Jewry Council of the Jewish Community Relations Council.
