Mayor James H. Hurley has accepted the Honorary Chairmanship and Senator Ben Eisenberg the chairmanship of the United Jewish Appeal of Willimantic, which is engaged in raising funds for the relief and rehabilitation of the Jews in Germany and for the settlement of Jews in Palestine.
