James G. McDonald, League of Nations High Commissioner for German Refugees, arrived here today for a meeting on Monday with the executive body in which private organizations including the Jewish Agency, the Joint Distribution Committee and the Jewish Colonization Association are to be represented.

Concrete measures for relief will be discussed on Tuesday at a meeting of the permanent committee of the advisory body to the High Commissioner. This committee. is under the chairmanship of Lord Robert Cecil and consists of representatives of five governments.
