A medical congress being held here today adopted a resolution calling upon the governments of the world to take action to prevent the recurrence of such crimes against humanity as were carried out in the name of medical science by Nazi physicians. The congress also urged that freedom of medical science be guaranteed to all practitioners.
The resolution was adopted after Dr. M. Vorzecki presented a report, supported by photographs and documents, outlining the extent of “medical” crimes and “experiments” conducted by German doctors in Nazi concentration camps. Later, all the delegates stood in silence in commemoration of the victims of these “experiments.”
