Members of NASA and the Houston Jewish community gathered in Israel to remember Israeli astronaut Ilan Ramon. The group tried to plant trees Feb. 27 in the Jewish National Fund’s American Independence Park to remember the astronaut, but rain and snow prevented the group from planting more than one tree.
