A memorial meeting in tribute to the martyrs who died during the riots in Palestine in August, 1929, will be held at Congregation Emanuel on Sunday evening, August 17, under the auspices of the Detroit Mizrachi groups. Rabbi A. M. Ashinsky, Mizrachi president, will be the principal speaker, and Rev. Reuben Bayarsky will make the El Molei Rachamim.
