Memorial services marking the end of the shiva–the seven days of mourning–for the late Israel President Izhak Ben-Zvi were attended by 35 members of the diplomatic corps here, External Affairs Minister Paul Martin, representing the Government, other Government officials and members of the Jewish community. Israel Ambassador Yaacov Herzog recited the kaddish. Among the diplomats attending the services were the ambassadors of the United States, the Soviet Union and France and the British High Commissioner.
