President Juan Peron today received Menachem Beigin, leader of the Herut Party in Israel who is now visiting Argentina, in an audience which lasted one hour. Mr. Beigin was accompanied by Chaim Landau, a Herut leader.
The former commander of the Irgun Zvai Leumi said after his call on President Peron that the Argentine chief of state displayed a comprehensive understanding of the Palestine problem and that he was particularly interested in the problem of Jerusalem.
