The association of retail merchants of the city of Duisburg, yesterday distributed special placards intended to revive trade in accordance with the instructions inssued by the Minister of Economics, Dr. Kurt Schmitt.
However, they declined to supply Jewish shops with the placards declaring that no placards aiming to advertise goods may be displayed in Jewish shops.
