The ranks of the growing army protesting against holding the 1936 Olympic games in Berlin widened today with the announcement that the National Council of Methodist Youth has adopted a resolution favoring boycott of the games.
The resolution was made public in a letter to pastors of all faiths declaring that the “changing of the seat of the 1936 Olympic games would be one of the most effective means of expressing the indignation of the civilized world at the return to barbarism brought about by the present terrorist rule in Germany.”
