A constructive program for combatting anti-Semitism in America is offered by Solomon A. Fineberg, well-known community consultant, in a book “Overcoming Anti-Semitism” published by Harper & Brothers today.
Dr. Fineberg has discussed the problems created nationally and locally by anti-Semitism with Jewish leaders in more than two hundred cities, and he describes the organization, aims and techniques of civic-protective agencies. The book presents practical suggestions as to how anti-Semitism may be eliminated and contains many interesting illustrations and incidents which have come to the author’s attention.
