Practical steps to win over the six million Germans in the United States to National Socialism are being worked out now in Berlin, it is learned from political circles in Vienna.

Victor Ridder, one of the publishers of the New York Staats-Zeitung, and Herman Mctz, President of the German-American Board of Trade, have arrived in Berlin under the pretext of making an objective study of conditions in Germany, but it is alleged that they have been invited in order to advise the German Government how best to pacify public sentiment which has been roused against the Nazi government in connection with its persecution of Jews and other elements in Germany, and to devise methods how best to organize the German element in the United States against American Jews.
