The formation of a $3,000,000 investment company by a group of Mexican Jews was announced here today. The company, to be known as Fomento, will be financed by 14 participants who will provide half of the capital while the remainder will be raised by means of debentures to be issued in Mexico. The group, headed by Yehezkel Liverand and Avraham Rosenbloom, has already transferred $500,000 to Israel.
