Plans to prevent future bombings of Jewish and Negro institutions were mapped out here today at a secret meeting of city officials, while the police were searching for clues that may lead to finding the terrorists who dynamited a synagogue and a Negro apartment unit this week.
No details of the meeting were announced, except that it was conducted with the participation of the Chief of Police and state officials. It is understood that an appeal will be issued to the population to assist in the plan to track down the terrorists.
