Michael Cliffe, a Jewish member of Parliament and an active leader of British Jewry, died here today at the age of 60. Born in Sheffield, Mr. was Mayor of Finsbury in 1956 and 1957 and he was elected as a Labor member of Parliament in 1958. He was a leading member of the delegation which made a pilgrimage to Poland in 1961 to attend ceremonies commemorating the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.
