A fall campaign to raise $447,000 in the Jewish communities in Michigan was voted here last night by delegates attending the Michigan State conference of the United Jewish Appeal. This sum will be collected outside of Detroit, which has already raised $2,800,000 this year.

The principal speaker at the conference was Edward M.M. Warburg, chairman of the Joint Distribution Committee, who declared that one out of every six Jews surviving in Europe has migrated from his pre-war home within recent months.
