Preparing for the first year of affiliation with the Community Fund, the Federated Jewish Charities has just installed officers for the year.
The officers are: Benjamin F. Saltzstein, president; Myron Laskin, vice-president; Leonard Goldstein, treasurer; Bert C. Broude, recording secretary; financial secretary, Edward J. Miller.
Though the Mt. Sinai Hospital Association and the Board of Jewish Education, hitherto units of the Jewish Charities, were not accepted in the affiliation with the Community Fund, the Jewish Charities agreed to help in the separate campaigns of these two organizations for funds.
