The Allis-Chalmers Foundation has contributed $75,000 to the development fund of the Greater Mount Sinai Hospital here, it was announced by Bert C. Broude, chairman of the fund. This is the largest single gift made to the fund to date.
The goal of the development fund is $1,200,000. The fund will be used to help defray the costs of the hospital’s current expansion and remodeling program, which is estimated at $3,500,000.
