The 1959 campaign of the Milwaukee Jewish Welfare Fund has neared the $1,200, 000 mark and is likely to be the best in almost a decade, it was indicated here today.
Marvin Glasspiegel, general chairman of the campaign, said that $1,140, 000 had been pledged and an additional $55,000 in pledges appeared likely on the basis of an evaluation of outstanding cards.
