After representing the Wisconsin State board of deposits in a plea to the R.F.C. for a huge loan, Attorney Samuel Becker has been appointed on the staff of counsel to the Federal public works administration at Washington.
Mr. Becker is to work with Lloyd Landau, a former Milwaukeean.
