The recently organized Minneapolis Federation of Jewish Social Service will conduct its first campaign for funds in behalf of national and foreign Jewish institutions and the local Talmud Torah, the week of March 3. Arthur Brin has been appointed chairman of the campaign. Rabbi Albert G. Minda is president of the Federation.
