Appointment of Shoshana Garber, young Jewish attorney from Cleveland, to the staff of the National Council of Jewish Women, was announced Friday by Mrs. Arthur Brin of Minneapolis, president of the Council.
Miss Garber is a graduate of Columbia and Western Reserve universities, with the degree of Doctor of Laws from the latter. For several years she practiced law in Cleveland.
