Miss Anne Kelemen, former assistant head of the field service department of the National Council of Jewish Women, has been appointed director of the National Women’s Division of the United Jewish Appeal, UJA Executive Vice Chairman Herbert A. Friedman announced yesterday. Miss Kelemen will assist the women’s divisions throughout the country in leadership training, campaigns, and fund raising. She was born in Vienna, educated in England and the United States, and has lived in Israel.
