A demand for a world congress of the Mizrachi (orthodox Zionists) within the next four months and not later than December, 1930, was expressed in a resolution adopted at a conference of the Mizrachi Unions of Germany, Holland and Belgium here today under the chairmanship of Dr. Alexander Adler, president of the German Mizrachi.
