Preparations for the settlement of Mizrachi middle class settlers are being undertaken by the World Central Executive of the Mizrachi Organization. A settlement is projected on Jewish National Fund land in Wadi Hawarith, according to “Doar Hayom.” The quota of settlers is almost complete.
