The Mizrachi central bureau in Jerusalem has organized a committee of Palestinian Jewish leaders, rabbis and writers, to aid in the publishing of all unprinted manuscripts written by the late Rabbi Isaac Jacob Reines, founder of the Mizrachi movement, and one of the first to assist Dr. Theodor Herzl in political Zionism.
During the lifetime of Rabbi Reines twelve of his books were published and one volume was issued several years ago by his only son, Rabbi Abraham David Reines of Jerusalem, who possesses manuscripts which will constitute nine more volumes. The committee has also undertaken to publish his previous books, out of print, which deal with rabbinic literature, Jewish nationalism and Mizrachi ideology.
