Sir Alfred Mond in a statement to the JEWISH WORLD today denies any knowledge of alleged action taken by a committee of British Jews who, Lord Beaverbrook stated on his recent trip to Palestine, had asked him to take up the offensive against Zionism in the DAILY EXPRESS, of which he is the proprietor, Sir Alfred denies also that he knows the names of the British Jews who had approached the publisher on the subject.
