Rabbi Moshe Grossberg, of Montreal, has been awarded a $1,000 grant by the Quebec Cultural Affairs Department for publication of a work on a rare rabbinic manuscript of the famous Rabbi Joseph Rozin, known as the Gaon of Rogodzev.
