The final total raised in the 1965 Joint Campaign for Combined Jewish Appeal and United Israel Appeal was a record $4,425,539, it was reported by 1965 campaign chairman Henry Blatt. This was an increase of 8 percent over 1964. Each division raised more in 1965 than in 1964, Mr. Blatt stated.
