One Arab was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment or $100 fine for assaulting a Jew during the August riots. Three boycotters were tried for interfering with Arab customers entering Jewish shops. One was acquitted, two were sentenced to pay $25 fines or serve two weeks in jail. In Hebron two Arabs were acquitted on the charge of looting the house of Rahmin Joseph Kastel.
