Another two Jewish threshing floors have been burnt out at Tireh and Kititza, near Haifa. Incendiarism is suspected, but there is no clue to the vandals.

There have been several cases of threshing floors being burnt down in Palestine recently, particularly in the Wady Havarit area. A recent case was in the early part of this month, when the entire season’s crop of the colony of Nathania, which is named in honour of the late Nathan Straus, was destroyed.
