More than 12,000 people have signed an online petition calling for the release of the 13 Iranian Jews currently being held by Tehran on espionage charges. Virtual Jerusalem, which hosts JTA’s Web site, is hoping to get 100,000 signatures before it forwards the petition to the Iranian mission to the United Nations. The petition is available online at: www.vjnews.com/iranpetition.htm
