A total of 4,611 Jews emigrated from Rumania to Israel during the first quartor of 1950, it was reported here today. All Israel-bound Jews sailed for Haifa aboard the Rumanian transport, S.S. Transylvania. During January, 1,006 Jews left for Israel, while 1,894 sailed in February and 1,711 in March.
