More than six thousand persons attended the dimmer given to State’s Attorney Robert E. Crowe, non-Jew, by the Associated Business Men of Chicago.

Ten banquet halls at the Hotel Sherman were required to accommodate the guests.

Rabbi Abraham Eirsehberg was toastmaster. The speakers, beside the guest of honor, were Mayor William Hale Thompson and Judge Michael Feinberg.

Attorney Crows was termed by the speakers a man of tolerance and free from religious and racial prejudices.
