More than two-thirds of the boxes and seats at Carnegie Hall have already been reserved for the recital to be given on April 15 by Lucrezia Bori and Albert Spalding for the benefit of the New York Guild for the Jewish Blind, according to an announcement by Leonard M. Wallstein, chairman of the guild. Governor Lehman, Mayor LaGuardia and Professor Albert Einstein are among the patrons.
