The house of Morgan in the United States is nothing but a “Jewish bank,” it was declared yesterday in court here in a law suit brought by phonograph firms against the government-controlled radio broadcasting stations of Germany. The plaintiffs ask that broadcast of German musical records without remuneration to the firms be prohibited.
Several million marks in damages is demanded of the defendants. The plaintiffs charge that last year the sale of records dropped forty-two per cent because the government-controlled radio stations broadcast half-a-million records without paying for them.
The court ruled that the government radio stations are entitled to broadcast musical records without compensation to the phonograph companies. The suit was termed an “international Jewish plot against the Nazis led by the Jewish banking house of Morgan.”
