A special meeting was held here today by the Council of Moroccan Jewish Communities to discuss a number of problems to be presented to King Hassan by a Jewish delegation. The main problem to be put before the King, it was reported here, will be the question of the issuance of passports and freedom of movement for Moroccan Jews.
The delegation will presumably also discuss with the King the status of Moroccan Jewish communities which was dealt with at a Moroccan Jewish Congress last March and which the late Minister of the Interior Si Bekkai had promised to study.
