Morris W. Bernstein, of Syracuse, N.Y., was appointed chairman of the National Campaign Cabinet of the United Jewish Appeal for 1951, it was announced here today by Edward M.M. Warburg, general chairman of the U.J.A.
“As chairman of the National Campaign Cabinet, Mr. Bernstein will share top level responsibility for the planning and conduct of this year’s campaign,” Mr. Warburg said. Mr. Bernstein is vice-president of the Syracuse Welfare Federation and formerly served as New York State chairman of the U.J.A.
