Morris D. Waldman, communal worker and newly appointed secretary of the American Jewish Committee, arrived today on the steamer De Grasse following an extended trip abroad.
Mr. Waldman is expected to assume the duties of his new office shortly. During his stay abroad Mr. Waldman conferred with communal workers and leaders who are active in Jewish relief work and in the protection of Jewish rights.
