Morris J. Janoff, editor of the Jewish Standard, Jersey City weekly newspaper, was honored with the annual Amity Award of the New Jersey region of the American Jewish Congress here. He was cited at a dinner for his "tireless efforts in providing a dependable chronicle of Jewish life by focusing on those evils that would undermine our traditional freedoms for all peoples."
