Morris Silverman, who helped support the Holocaust museum in Houston, died Jan. 26 in Albany, N.Y., at 93. Through his $300 million Marty and Dorothy Silverman Foundation, Silverman also helped support a variety of non-Jewish and Jewish causes, including housing for former Soviet Jews in Israel.
