President Ignace Moscicki yesterday received Leib Jaffe of Jerusalem, a director of the Palestine Foundation Fund (Keren Hayesod), in an audience that lasted three quarters of an hour. Mr. Jaffe is here in connection with the Keren Hayesod campaign, which was opened with a mass meeting at Philharmonia Hall Friday.
