Moscow criticized the United States on Thursday for passing “anti-Russian” legislation after the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill a day earlier calling for sanctions against Russia if it helps Iran develop weapons of mass destruction. The legislation is a “serious blow to our cooperation with the United States,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
