Lieutenant-Commander Kenworthy. laborite, may be Ramsay MacDonald’s choice for the Ambassadorship to Moscow when Great Britain renews diplomatic relations with the Soviet Union as is expected.

The report to this effect in the Soviet press was received with satisfaction in Jewish circles in Russia, as it is hoped that Kenworthy, a friend of the Zionist movement, will exercise his influence, without interfering with local Soviet affairs, to lighten the burden of Russian Zionists and to at least obtain visas for those desiring to emigrate to Palestine.
