Many Moscow Jews are scheduled to observe Human Rights Day tomorrow by demonstrating at the United Nations information center in the Soviet capital, the Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry reported. The demonstration will include a 24-hour hunger strike. The Jews’ emphasis will be on Article 13, Section 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which reads: “Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.”
